Welcome to SafeSupplementation.com. The purpose of this site is to help educate people about the often confusing topic of nutritional supplements, including what kinds of supplements are the most effective, providing important information that many people do not know, and cutting through a few of the misconceptions and misinformation that can lead people to make the wrong decisions about their supplementation.

This site is in no way comprehensive. The amount of information available online is vast, and we encourage you to do lots of research before you choose what supplements you are going to take. This is particularly true for pregnant women and individuals who have health issues. Never accept the claims of any supplement company without first making sure that what they are saying is the complete truth. Too many times, people assume that the things a nutritional supplement company states in their advertisements is the whole truth and end up taking a supplement that will be less effective than another might be, could prove harmful to them in the long-run, is actually the wrong one for them to take, or is something they didn't really need in the first place. The health of your body is too important to take the word of any supplement company at face value, regardless of how big a name they may have. Do your research, whether it's online or by talking to a nutrition expert who has no ulterior motives for recommending a certain product (like kickbacks from the company).

For more valuable information on health and nutrition, we invite you to visit MDsChoice.com. Though we do sell our own line of nutritional products, our primary goal is to help people with their health problems and to choose the right supplements. If that means pointing them in the direction of a competitor's products, that's what we'll do. Our nutritional consultants are available to answer your questions.
